Mother’s Choice Adoption & Early Intervention Services Programmes

Mother’s Choice is a leading local charity serving Hong Kong’s many children without families as well as teenage mothers. The mission of Mother’s Choice is to see every child in a loving family as quickly as possible.  

The Susan Chen Foundation is supporting the Adoption Services programme (AS) and the Early Intervention Services (EIS) of Mother’s Choice. The AS program involves ensuring that adoptive families are equipped with the parenting knowledge and skills, and the community and specialist support they need to care for their children. The EIS enables children in the residential care system to reach their developmental milestones and address their special needs by identifying any special needs as early as possible, providing an individual intervention plan, and training and partnering with the family and/or significant carers to implement this plan.
